Three PVC vacuum plastic film pressure operation rules 1. The use requirements of film pressure glue: (1) The film pressure glue is a two-component glue, and the activation temperature is about 60 ℃. The storage environment temperature must be between 5°C and 30°C, and flocculation will be caused below 5°C. (2) The plastic bucket should not be placed directly on the ground, but should be placed on a wooden bracket, especially in winter. (3) The validity period of film lamination is 6 months from the date of leaving the factory when the original packaging is not removed. (4) The ratio of film lamination, the main agent: curing agent u003d 20:1 (5) When mixing the main agent and the curing agent, the main agent should be kept in a stirring state, and the curing agent should be slowly added and stirred for at least 3 minutes. . (6) The amount of glue prepared each time should be used up within 4 hours. After mixing the glue, the glue bucket should be tightly covered. 2. Glue spraying process requirements: (1) The glue spraying sequence is: end face → front line type → front + line type → end face, the plane part can be sprayed once; the end face and the plane line type need to be sprayed twice. (2) The active time after mixing the main agent and the curing agent is 4-6 hours, and the workpiece that has been sprayed should be processed within 4 hours to obtain the best gluing effect. Otherwise, the activation temperature needs to be increased due to the cross-linking reaction of the glue. Although the gluing effect is good in appearance, the temperature resistance has been significantly reduced. If the glue is sprayed twice, glue marks will appear on the surface of the PVC. (3) After spraying, the surface is whitish and dry, and it is not sticky to the hand or has a clear gloss after drying. The drying time is 30-50 minutes (depending on the temperature, humidity and spray quality of the environment). (4) The commonly used fan is 1.5-2.0 meters away from the workpiece and aimed at the workpiece to blow the moist air away to avoid PVC bubbling due to the high humidity of the workpiece. (5) In winter, in order to increase the temperature of the workpiece, a small heat preservation room can be used to heat the workpiece to a temperature of 20-25 °C (the temperature is prohibited to exceed 35 °C, otherwise the workpiece will be deformed). The glue spraying should be carried out on the water curtain machine in an environment of not lower than 16 ℃. (6) The glue spray operator should wear a mask to protect the operator's health. The use of silicone film of four-film press 1. According to the characteristics of the workpiece line type (such as arc value, edge angle, line width and depth, etc.), choose different thickness of silicone film. 2. Because the silicone film is often heated and stretched, its sagging will increase. It should be installed in time according to the sagging degree of the silicone film to reduce the sagging. 3. In order to prolong the service life of the silicone membrane and prevent the quality problem of the workpiece, the direction of use of the silicone membrane should be changed regularly, such as the front end changing to the rear end, the left end changing to the right end. 4. If there are holes or short cracks in the corners of the silica gel film, it can be repaired with silica gel and a film repairing machine. When repairing, use a flat heavy object to compact it. After drying for 24 hours, sand the repaired part with 240# sandpaper and it can be used normally. Five trimming requirements The workpiece processed by the press can be trimmed after being placed for 20 minutes (to ensure the initial curing of the glue). After trimming, scrape the edges and corners with special tools or use 120#-180# sandpaper to chamfer the edges so that the PVC is lower than the surface of the workpiece. And use alcohol and other thinner to clean up the glue marks on the back. When trimming, check the quality, repair those that can be repaired on the spot, and select those that cannot be repaired and deal with them separately. The workpieces after film pressing should be placed face to face and back to back on a flat rack. A stack of 50 pieces, with heavy objects pressed on it, to prevent deformation of the workpiece, and the storage time should not be less than 24 hours. The time for the film-pressed workpiece to reach the mid-term curing is 24 hours, and it takes 7 days for complete curing, so make sure that the workpiece is stored for more than 24 hours before packaging. 6. Temperature resistance test of film-pressed workpieces The temperature resistance of film-pressed workpieces can be checked through the temperature resistance test. The temperature resistance test must first collect relevant parameters of the test piece, such as environmental parameters, process parameters, glue type (including activation temperature, date of manufacture, number of times of glue spraying), PVC parameters (thickness, adhesive, manufacturer, etc.), processing time, Chen release time, etc. The temperature resistance test was carried out in an incubator, and the test temperatures were 40°C, 50°C, 60°C, 65°C, 70°C, 75°C, and 80°C. Put it at each temperature point from low to high for 1 hour, and then check whether the PVC on the surface and edge of the test piece is peeled off or opened. If the edge is opened, the temperature resistance of the test sample is a lower temperature. When a test piece is tested at 40°C for 1 hour, the PVC is not peeled off or edged open, and when the PVC is tested for 1 hour at 50°C, the PVC is peeled off or edged, then the temperature resistance of the test sample is 40°C.
