The blister plastic is a two-component glue, and the activation temperature is about 60 degrees. The storage environment temperature must be between 5°C and 30°C, below 5°C will cause flocculation. Glue buckets should not be placed directly on the ground, but should be placed on wooden brackets, especially in winter. The validity period of the blister is 6 months from the date of delivery when the original packaging is not removed. 2. The proportion of plastic absorbing agent: curing agent u003d 20:1. When mixing the main agent and the curing agent, the main agent should be kept in a stirring state, and the curing agent should be slowly added and stirred for at least 3 minutes. The amount of glue prepared each time should be used up within 4 hours. After mixing the glue, the glue bucket should be tightly covered. Glue spraying process requirements 1. The glue spraying sequence is end face - front line type - front + line type - end face, the plane part can be sprayed once; the end face and the plane line type need to be sprayed twice. 2. The active time after mixing the main agent and the curing agent is 4-6 hours, and the workpiece that has been sprayed should be processed within 4 hours to obtain the best gluing effect. Otherwise, the activation temperature needs to be increased due to the cross-linking reaction of the glue. Although the gluing effect is good in appearance, the temperature resistance has been significantly reduced. If the glue is sprayed twice, glue marks will appear on the surface of the PVC film. 3. The surface is whitish and dry after spraying the glue, the hand is not sticky to the hand or there is a clear film gloss after drying. The drying time is 30-50 minutes (depending on the temperature, humidity and glue quality of the environment). 4. The commonly used fan is 1.5-2.0 meters away from the workpiece and aimed at the workpiece to blow the moist air away, so as to avoid PVC bubbling due to the high humidity of the workpiece. 5. In winter, in order to increase the temperature of the workpiece, a small heat preservation room can be used to heat the workpiece to a temperature of 20-25 °C (the temperature should not exceed 35 °C, otherwise the workpiece will be deformed). Glue spraying should be carried out on a water curtain machine in an environment of not lower than 16°C. 6. The glue spray operator should wear a mask to protect the operator's health. 1. According to the characteristics of the workpiece line (such as arc value, edge angle, width and depth of the line, etc.), choose different thicknesses of silicone film. 2. Because the silicone film is often heated and stretched, its sagging will increase. It should be installed in time according to the sagging degree of the silicone film to reduce the sagging. 3. In order to prolong the service life of the silicone membrane and prevent the quality problem of the workpiece, the direction of use of the silicone membrane should be changed regularly, such as the front end changing to the rear end, the left end changing to the right end. 4. If there are holes or short cracks in the corners of the silica gel film, it can be repaired with silica gel and a film repairing machine. When repairing, use a flat heavy object to compact it. After drying for 24 hours, sand the repaired part with 240# sandpaper and it can be used normally. Setting of process parameters 1. Spacing between workpieces of film pressing: for narrow and long workpieces with a width less than 10cm, the spacing between workpieces is not less than 8cm; for workpieces with a width greater than 10cm, the spacing between workpieces is not less than 6cm; the spacing between workpieces and the frame of the table is not less than 8cm. The horizontal and vertical spacing should be in a straight line to reduce the resistance of air flow. 2. Workpiece backing plate: the width and length of the backing plate should be 6-10mm smaller than the width and length of the workpiece, and the edges and corners around the upper surface of the backing plate should be rounded with a radius of 3mm-5mm or a 3×45°C angle. In order to ensure that the air between the PVC film and the workpiece is completely evacuated, the effect of the PVC film being firmly glued to the edge of the workpiece is achieved. The thickness of the backing plate should be about 3/4 of the thickness of the workpiece, which is one of the important measures to ensure that the PVC is not whitened. 3. Set temperature: According to the difference of PVC film, the set temperature should be between 100 ℃ and 120 ℃, the temperature of ordinary PVC film (relative to high-gloss PVC film) should be higher, and the high-gloss PVC film should be lower (to avoid Loss of light due to high temperature). 4. Setting time: the preheating time should be between 30s and 50s (the color of the PVC film is different, the preheating time should also be different, the light color should be lengthened appropriately, the dark color should be shortened appropriately; the thick PVC film should be lengthened appropriately, The thin PVC film should be appropriately shortened), the vacuuming time should be about 8s, and the pressurizing time should be the preheating time plus about 10 to 20s. The time to reach the set pressure should not be too long, it should be about 5s, to ensure that the PVC film and the substrate are quickly adhered to the substrate when the end face of the workpiece reaches the activation temperature, and the PVC film on the workpiece is not excessively stretched (ie, no lines). . 5. Set pressure: set the positive pressure to 3.8bar-4.2bar and the negative pressure to 0.7bar-0.8bar, that is, positive pressure + negative pressure u003d about 4.5bar-5.0bar. 6. For thick workpieces, high-gloss PVC films and thin PVC films with a thickness of less than 0.3mm, the set temperature should be appropriately reduced, the preheating time should be appropriately increased, and the height of the entire bottom plate of the workbench should be increased to shorten the distance between the workpiece and the heating plate. In order to reduce or avoid the discoloration problem of PVC film. Trimming requirements 1. The workpiece processed by the press can be placed for 20 minutes (to ensure the initial curing of the glue) before trimming. 2. After trimming, use special tools to scrape the edges and corners or use 120#-180# sandpaper to chamfer the edges, so that the PVC film is lower than the surface of the workpiece. And use alcohol and other thinner to clean up the glue marks on the back. When trimming, check the quality, repair those that can be repaired on the spot, and select those that cannot be repaired and deal with them separately. 3. The workpieces after film pressing should be placed face to face and back to back on a flat rack. A stack of 50 pieces, with heavy objects pressed on it, to prevent deformation of the workpiece, and the storage time should not be less than 24 hours. The time for the film-pressed workpiece to reach mid-term curing is 24 hours, and it takes 7 days for complete curing, so make sure that the workpiece is stored for more than 24 hours before packaging.
