This yellow-green embossed transparent PVC film is produced using high-quality PVC resin, plasticizers, stabilizers, pigments and other functional additives. The formulation is adjusted according to the required flexibility, appearance and end-use requirements of the finished film. The combination of a transparent yellow-green color and BLW embossing creates a distinctive surface appearance. The embossed texture provides additional visual depth compared with a completely smooth PVC film and can also create a different tactile feel.
For this particular product, the embossing is not a standard pattern from our existing roller collection. The customer supplied their own embossing roller, allowing us to reproduce their specified BLW pattern during PVC film production. This approach is suitable for customers who have their own proprietary surface designs or patented patterns and need a reliable material manufacturer to produce the film according to their specifications.
