White pigment for PET packaging was successfully developed

HollandColours, a Dutch company, has developed a new white pigment called HolcomerUHT. This new product is specially used to produce single-layer PET plastic bottles for ultra-high temperature milk packaging. This new pigment can protect packaging components such as milk from ultraviolet light generated by external or storage lighting systems. Moreover, Holcomer can make PET plastic bottles produce good aesthetic appearance and better mechanical properties.
