PVC blister film manufacturers reveal the three elements of the hot pressing process of veneer paper

C3N3(NH2)3, also known as melamine, the common process of this veneer paper is hot pressing. However, it should be noted that three processing factors will affect the final effect of hot pressing, namely hot pressing time, hot pressing temperature and suitable pressure. Here, the PVC blister film manufacturer will reveal the three elements of the hot pressing process of the veneer paper in detail. Hot pressing time: its length depends on the curing speed and hot pressing temperature of melamine resin, generally 40-50s is better. If the time is too long, the resin will be over-cured and its elasticity will be lost, which will easily cause cracks or internal stress to the product, causing it to crack and warp during subsequent processing. If the time is too short, the resin is not fully cured, and it is easy to cause the phenomenon of sticking, which will affect the physical and chemical properties of the product surface and affect the durability of the product. Hot pressing temperature: It mainly catalyzes the chemical reaction of melamine resin, that is, accelerates curing. According to the actual requirements and experience of production, the temperature of hot pressing plate is more suitable at 145-165℃. High temperature is helpful for demoulding after pressing, and can shorten the hot pressing period and increase the output, but too high temperature makes the resin solidify before it can flow uniformly, resulting in tiny pores on the board surface. Appropriate pressure: It can ensure a good combination between the substrate and the melamine paper. Under the action of suitable temperature and pressure, the resin in the melamine paper is melted and solidified to form a closed and dense surface. Uneasy and calm tiny pores can be filled. While the pressure is generally 2.0-3.0MPa, the low pressure should be used as much as possible without affecting the quality of the product, which is beneficial to the equipment, the service life of the hydraulic oil, and the internal structure of the substrate. In addition, the PVC blister film manufacturer added that too low pressure affects the bonding strength and resin flow ability of the substrate and the melamine paper. I believe that after reading the above introduction of PVC blister film manufacturers, you should have an understanding of the three elements of the hot pressing process of veneer paper.
