One is vertical machine production, straightening the cloth into the raw material box and pulling it out. The glue material on the sheet is high-purity PVC material, and then both sides are straightened through the machine and scraped with a knife. After drying, it is dried in a dryer, trimmed, divided into circles, and packaged. There are two types of dryers, one is electric burning and the other is boiler. The PVC plastic-coated canvas produced by the horizontal machine is cheaper than the PVC plastic-coated canvas produced by the vertical machine. The reason is that the production raw materials of the horizontal machine are lower than that of the vertical machine. Any kind of rubber compound can be put on it to be pressed, but vertical machine production is not possible. The requirements for raw materials are high, and the raw materials must have a certain degree of purity. The PVC canvas produced by the vertical machine is often slightly more expensive, and the purity of the canvas product is also high. Features of PVC plastic coated cloth: 1.
