The production process of PE protective film is divided into two types: general process and co-extrusion process. General process: the glue is evenly coated on the base material, and the base rubber particles and the base material are mixed and compounded; Co-extrusion process: is to mix the rubber particles and the base material, without glue on the surface, and still have a certain degree of adhesion.

Specifications of PE protective film: The usual thickness is 6~10C, and the color classification is transparent, blue, black, milky white, black and white, yellow, etc., and various colors can be customized according to customer needs. The width of a roll of PE protective film produced by our company is 1.25 meters (the width can be cut into various sizes according to customer needs), the length is about 600 meters, and the adhesion is 30-700 (low viscosity to extra high viscosity) customizable).
