The viscosity unit of the PE protective film is g/25mm, which refers to the pulling force required to pull a 25mm wide spline. The performance of the protective film is mainly divided into ultra-low viscosity protective film, low viscosity protective film, medium viscosity protective film, high viscosity protective film and ultra-high viscosity protective film.
According to the size of the viscosity, it is roughly 3-20g-micro viscosity, 30-low viscosity, 40-medium and low viscosity, 50-60-medium viscosity, 70-medium-high viscosity, and 80-above-extra-high viscosity.
Although there is no international standard for the division of protective film adhesion, for the die-cutting industry, the difference in protective film adhesion lies in choosing a protective film that is more suitable for die-cutting products. The basic principle of choosing the viscosity of the protective film is that the viscosity is appropriate. Different surfaces require different viscosities. Many protective films of building materials use high-viscosity protective films, such as our common stainless steel protective film and acrylic sheet protective film.
