Incineration method The petrochemical enterprises in France and Germany mostly use the method of incineration. The demulsification and separation of aging heavy oil is first subjected to preparation and dehydration pretreatment. The sludge after demulsification, dehydration and concentration of sewage oil is dehydrated and dried by equipment, and the mud cake is sent to incineration. The furnace is incinerated, and the ash is used for road construction or buried in the designated ash and slag landfill, and the heat generated by the incineration is used for heating and power generation. The treatment object of demulsification and dehydration incineration of sewage oil is mainly sludge with oil content of 5-10%. The incineration temperature is generally controlled at 800-1000℃, the incineration time is controlled at 0.5-1.5h, and 50-100% excess air is used.
