A bigger challenge is to make the large PE protective film perfectly aligned with the target surface and then put it away without causing ugly wrinkles or bubbles on the surface, especially on the surface of irregular products, it is difficult to handle. In order to better stick the protective film on the surface of the product and make it as perfect as possible, we need at least two people. One person holds the protective film reel, while the other pulls the torn end to the other end of the product to be protected, pastes the end to the target surface, and then manually presses the protective film in place toward the person holding the reel. This method has high labor intensity and low work efficiency, but the work effect is quite good.

Using a utility knife, cut the reel off the film that is now waiting to receive the sheet to be protected. 8. Place one edge of a piece of material on one end or one side of the protective film. Place it in the position where the film is clamped by double-sided adhesive tape. 9. Gradually place the parts on the adhesive film. Note: If the material is flexible, when you place it on the film, bend it slightly to roll it up so that air escapes between the material and the film. 10. In order to ensure that the sheet is attached to the film, pressure is applied to the material, especially along all edges, to ensure good adhesion. Clean paint rollers may be used for this purpose. 11. Use a utility knife to track part of the outline on the protective film and remove the excess film. Delete the redundant and handle it. 12. Carefully turn over the part and apply pressure directly to the film if necessary, working outward from the middle to ensure good adhesion of the entire area. 13. The completed piece of inspection is complete and covered with no wrinkles. For mass production, it is recommended to use a machine commonly known as a laminator to coat the protective film. This is especially useful when both sides of the paper need to receive protective films, because the machine can be applied to both sides at the same time.
