PVC heat shrinkable film is a white amorphous powder. Its branching degree is small, the relative density is about 1.4, the glass transition temperature is 77-90℃, and the initial decomposition temperature is about 170℃. Poor stability to light and heat. When the sunlight exceeds 100℃, it will further catalyze decomposition, make the chloride ion fade, and its physical and mechanical properties are also sensitive to attenuation, so adding stabilizers in the production process will improve the thermal stability and light stability and delay the aging of the shrink film The phenomenon occurs.
