When the water vapor condenses into water droplets, the particles become larger, due to the surface tension of the water droplets (the mutual“Pull to contend”), the water molecules will not be able to successfully separate from the water droplets and penetrate to the other side, that is, preventing the penetration of water and making the vapor permeable membrane waterproof.
