The Embossed Green PVC Film has been specially developed for a wide range of inflatable products. Its unique matte finish not only provides a pleasant, soft touch and a low-glare surface but also effectively hides minor scratches and wear, keeping the product looking newer for longer. Furthermore, the film exhibits outstanding high-frequency welding performance, ensuring strong, airtight, and durable seams that are crucial for inflatable applications. Thanks to these properties, it is widely used in the production of air mattresses, inflatable pools, inflatable toys, and various other air-filled leisure products for both indoor and outdoor use.

1.Cold Resistant
After adding cold-resistant additives to the PVC film, it can maintain its performance and structural stability in low-temperature environments. The product will not become brittle, crack, lose elasticity, or experience a decline in performance due to cooling.
2.Anti Static
Static electricity is a common phenomenon, especially in dry environments, where charges may accumulate on the surface of objects, leading to electrostatic discharge (ESD) or the attraction of dust and other undesirable effects. To make PVC film anti-static, anti-static agents are added, and the material's surface conductivity is modified to effectively reduce static accumulation, prevent charge generation, or direct the charges to the ground.
3.Anti Fungal
Fungal growth is common in damp, warm environments and can lead to material decay, mold, degradation, and even pose health risks. Some customers may require products to have anti-fungal properties.
