    0.08mm Ultra-Thin Normal Clear PVC Film is a flexible plastic film manufactured from PVC resin and selected additives through a controlled calendering process. With a minimum thickness of just 0.08mm, it is the thinnest PVC film we can manufacture, providing a material option for customers looking for an ultra-thin PVC film for downstream production.

    The transparency and powder application of this PVC film can be customized according to your specific requirements and the needs of your finished products. Different levels of transparency and powder application can affect the film’s surface feel, tackiness, and processing performance.     Ultra-Thin & Lightweight

    The film has a thickness of 0.08mm, and its hardness is formulated to be relatively firm, so that the combination of thinness and stiffness results in a superior finished product. Despite its small thickness, the film offers good flexibility, allowing it to conform to curved surfaces and edges of the substrate without creasing or whitening after lamination. It adds virtually no extra thickness to the substrate and is relatively lightweight.

    Clear Visibility

    The PVC film has a moderate degree of transparency. Its surface is treated with a powder-spreading process, forming a fine matte layer that moderately reduces light transmittance while effectively preventing the film surfaces from sticking to each other, facilitating subsequent processing and rewinding. This transparency design is not intended to achieve a high-gloss, ultra-clear effect, but rather is matched to the actual application requirements of the product, ensuring that the overall performance of the film remains stable and reliable.

    Flexible & Soft

    The film is soft in texture and possesses good flexibility and bending performance. It can conform to irregular shapes on the substrate surface, including curved areas, edges, and raised or recessed sections. After lamination, it adheres tightly without creasing, bubbling, or peeling. The flexibility of the film also prevents it from breaking or cracking during processing. At the same time, the soft nature enhances the tactile comfort of the finished product after lamination, providing a mild and pleasant surface feel. It is suitable for bonding to various substrate surfaces to meet different application requirements.
