Production Process:
Initially, high-quality PVC resin powder is mixed with various additives such as plasticizers, stabilizers, lubricants, and a special non-stick powder. These components are carefully blended to achieve a uniform mixture, which is then fed into an extruder. The extruder heats the mixture to a molten state and pushes it through a die to form a continuous film.
2.The film is then cooled and solidified, often using a combination of air cooling and water cooling techniques to ensure uniform thickness and stability.
3.Finally, the film is rolled and cut to the desired dimensions, ready for packaging and distribution. This meticulous process ensures that the clear PVC Film is both durable and non-sticky, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
