The outer extrusion temperature should be controlled accurately and stably. The temperature is controlled at the lower limit of the allowable range, which is beneficial to increase the shear rate and accelerate the melt fracture.
The screw speed of the extruder is adjusted according to the specification, application and required anti-skid degree of the anti-synovial membrane. When the traction speed is constant, the extruder 2 (Squeeze the outer layer) If the screw speed is low, the anti-skid layer network will be thinned and thinned; If the rotating speed is too high, the network will become thicker and denser, so it is generally better to control it at 40r/min.
H type (Long Neck) Because of its strong adaptability to extrusion blow molding of different resins, its longitudinal and transverse properties are relatively balanced, and its film strength is relatively high. The inflating ratio has obvious influence on the processing performance and quality of anti-synovial membrane, and stable control should be paid attention.
