Self-provided plastic tarpaulins are plastic tarpaulins purchased and used by the shipper. 3. The transportation agreement for special railways and railway lines shall include the handover, use, storage, return of railway plastic tarpaulins, deferred usage fee collection, compensation for damage and loss, etc. 4. When the railway plastic tarpaulin is damaged or lost, the responsible unit shall compensate for it. For specific provisions, please refer to the 'Measures for the Damage and Loss of the Railway Plastic Tarpaulin'. 5. Railway plastic tarpaulins shall not be borrowed or used for other purposes. If it is found, it will be corrected immediately, and the extended use fee of the plastic tarpaulin will be charged according to regulations.
