PVC tarpaulin covering for pickup trucks

Description 

PVC tarpaulin, as the name suggests, is a composite material composed of three layers: the upper and lower layers are PVC (polyvinyl chloride) coatings, and the middle layer is a dacron base fabric. Through a special process (such as knife coating or paste), the PVC is firmly impregnated and adhered to both sides of the tarpaulin, forming a strong and flexible composite material. It is specially designed for the size and purpose of the pickup truck's cargo box and is usually used in conjunction with a bracket to form a lightweight and waterproof cargo box cover.

1. Outstanding waterproof and rainproof performance: The dense PVC coating forms a completely impermeable barrier, preventing rain and snow from seeping through and effectively protecting the goods in the rear cargo box from getting wet.

Application 

PVC tarpaulin is almost tailor-made for the pickup truck bed. Its main applications include:

• Pickup truck tonneau covers

This is the core application. It is fixed on the truck through snap fasteners, Velcro, or slide rails, forming a closed storage space to protect the goods from theft, rain, dust, and sun exposure.

• Pickup truck bow-shaped frame covers

Used in conjunction with metal bow-shaped frames, it creates a semi-circular frame on the truck, and then the PVC tarpaulin is covered and fixed on it. This method provides a larger internal space and can carry goods of higher volume.

• Temporary car covers

Due to its lightness and protective properties, it can also be used to temporarily cover parked vehicles or as a tarpaulin for large goods, with very flexible uses.
