Pre-stretched cast winding heavy packaging film has many advantages
during the Chinaplas 2014 International rubber and plastic exhibition, xinlehuabao showed a 15-micron 5-layer machine pre-stretched cast-wound heavy packaging film made of echd and ainengbao mPE resin and vidami PBE.
The heavy packaging film is made of metallocene polyethylene (mPE) Resin, weidamei PBE and the 5-layer co-extrusion technology of xinlehuabao Plastic Machinery Co. , Ltd. are produced.
Pre-stretched tape-casting heavy packaging film has many advantages
at present, the effective film width of this 5-layer tape-casting coextrusion production line is 1500- 3000, the maximum design line speed can reach 650 m/min, and the maximum extrusion output can reach 1700 kg/h. The control system adopts PLC touch screen high automation control. The whole machine has many advantages such as high output, labor cost saving, energy saving, easy operation, low noise and stability.
The cast stretch wrap film produced by this formula is thin and has high toughness and excellent optical properties. The film has excellent high pre-stretching rate and high-speed winding packaging performance, thus reducing unit cost.
