Additional Carton Protection

For PVC film, our standard packaging typically consists of a paper core + PVC film + (foam) + packaging cloth. For PVC tarpaulin, the standard packaging is a paper core + PVC tarpaulin + kraft paper, which is suitable for most transportation and storage requirements.

To meet different shipping conditions and customer preferences, we also offer a variety of custom packaging solutions. For example, some customers request that each roll of PVC film be packed in an outer carton after the standard packaging. This provides additional protection against impact and compression, helping to reduce the risk of damage during loading, unloading, and transportation.

For PVC tarpaulin, some customers require plastic end caps to be fitted to both ends of each roll, followed by an additional layer of waterproof PVC protective film outside the standard packaging. This extra protection helps prevent moisture, dust, and physical damage during sea freight, rainy weather, and long-term storage.

Pre-Loading Container Protection

In addition to product packaging, we also confirm the container loading method with our customers before shipment. Depending on the transportation conditions and protection requirements, the rolls can be loaded directly into the container, or cushioning materials such as foam sheets or corrugated cardboard can be placed on the container floor and side walls before loading.
