Introduction of related environmental certification

The following are the relevant environmental protection certificates of our company. Our products comply with multiple international environmental protection standards such as EU EN71-3, ROHS, REACH, and PAHS, aiming to comprehensively ensure the safety and pro-environment of PVC films in various applications.

• EN71-3

This is the chemical performance standard formulated by the European Union for the safety of children's toys, mainly to ensure the health and safety of children. PVC films that meet this international standard can be made into inflatable toys and the like, which to a certain extent can ensure children's health.

• ROHS

PVC film has passed the ROHS certification, which can ensure its eco-friendly and safety in various applications. This certification indicates that during use, especially when used as packaging material, PVC film does not release harmful gases.

• REACH

This certificate shows that the PVC samples have passed the strict REACH (SVHC) test. The report covers 247 substances on the candidate SVHC list, 3 substances on the potential SVHC consultation list and 2 substances on the intended list published by ECHA as of January 21, 2025. All test results comply with the control standards of the EU REACH regulation. In addition, the test also includes screening for other potentially harmful substances to ensure that the product complies with the regulatory requirements for chemical safety in the EU market.

• BPA

This test refers to the fact that the chemical substance bis-phenol A(BPA) was not used in the production process of the product. Reflect the safety and eco-friendly of the raw materials for PVC film.

• 23P

Phthalate is widely used in plastic products, but they may be harmful to health and the environment. This test aims to detect and assess the content of phthalate in the product, and the results show that it complies with relevant standards and regulations.

• Cold-resistant to -30 degrees

Some customers may require the products to have cold resistance functions. We also have relevant tests to prove the cold resistance of our products.The following is the special cold resistance test report of our company’s products.

• Flame-retardant

In some specific application scenarios, the flame-retardant performance of PVC film is of great significance. This test result fully validates the excellent flame-retardant performance of our company's PVC film.
