Heavy-Duty Beige PVC Coated Tarpaulin is a high-performance composite material engineered with a high-tenacity polyester scrim as the base fabric, encapsulated with a protective PVC coating. This specification achieves an optimal balance between strength, self-weight, and weather resistance. Supported by high-tenacity yarns combined with a high-density warp and weft woven structure, it forms a robust internal framework that delivers excellent tensile and tear strength.

This tarp is engineered to withstand demanding physical stress without failure. The high-density woven structure and double-sided PVC coating work together to resist tearing, puncturing, and delamination under repeated flexing, abrasion, and heavy load. It maintains structural integrity where standard-weight mesh would break down, making it reliable for long-term use in tough conditions.
Waterproof
The continuous double-sided PVC coating creates a fully sealed barrier with very low moisture absorption, blocking rain, snow, and humidity. Unlike single-side or uncoated mesh, there are no wicking paths through the fabric. Reliable protection for cargo, equipment, and outdoor structures.
Anti Mildew
Anti-mildew agents are integrated into the PVC formulation itself, not merely coated on the surface, so protection won't wash off or wear away over time. The non-porous PVC surface prevents moisture from being retained within the fabric, eliminating the damp conditions that mold and mildew require to grow. This keeps the fabric clean, odor-free, and stable even in humid, coastal, and agricultural environments.
