Linyang blockout coated PVC laminated tarpaulin is a tri-layer, 100 % blackout composite that sandwiches an impenetrable carbon-black core between two premium PVC coats. This construction eliminates light bleed and mirror effects, giving tents total darkness for projection, sleep quarters or climate control while banners display double-sided graphics without ghosting. The high-tenacity polyester scrim grants outstanding tear, tensile and puncture resistance, so the material remains stable in gale-force winds or repeated folding. UV stabilizers, FR additives and anti-wicking yarns provide lifelong protection against sun, rot, mildew and chemical splash, meeting B1, NFPA 701 and REACH standards.

Despite rugged performance, the PVC coated tarpaulin stays supple for cold-weather welding and folds compactly for transport. Matte or light-textured faces accept solvent, eco-solvent, UV and latex printing with vivid color fidelity and scratch resistance. Edge heat-seals cleanly, eliminating fray and permitting keder, rope-in-hem or eyelet finishing. Phthalate-free, recyclable. The color of normal PVC tarpaulin for tent and flex banner application is white , but there are two special items are well received by customers. One is blackpack tarpaulin, the other is blockout PVC Tarpaulin.

Blockout PVC Tarpaulin : Both side is white , but the middle of the tarpaulin is black. Blackpack PVC Tarpaulin : One side is white, the other side is black.
