We have achieved the max extrusion output, and own the widest calendaring machine which can achieve All-in-one system of combining extruding, calendaring, molding, laminating, and inkjet printing together. Now we take the lead in the industry. In 2017, we applied 2 invention patents and 6 utility patents and then got the acceptance from “State Intellectual Property Office”. Lin-Yang’s informatization management and automaticity occupy important positions in the company and help us to take the lead in the industry. Our current production equipment with Siemens software achieve intelligent control throughout the whole process from formula input, feeding, batching, mixture, stirring, hot melt welding, calendaring, and cooling molding. In 2014, we followed ERP system and production system to make the production flow smooth, reduce production cycle, and increase the capacity. In 2016, we further developed the system for digital ammeter docking. And now the productivity of Lin-Yang ranks the first in the industry. We import high-speed warp knitting machine for producing lightweight, high-strength, high/low temperature-resistance, chemical-resistance, resistance to light and other multi-functional industrial textiles. From a single tape production, calendaring, to net printing, we always follow an automatic production system. By working with advertising companies, we can achieve an excellent production process. The advertising company is responsible for the preliminary design and installation, and we are responsible for the production according to the design drawings. Having completed all these processes, we will directly send the finished products to the advertising installation site.
